I am Product Manager deeply passionate about using data to drive strategic decisions. Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive experience in cloud products, data analytics, and AWS Cloud solutions, which has enabled me to help companies improve their product decision-making through data-driven insights. My passion for data led me to found Data Led Consulting, where I aim to share my expertise and foster innovation through data.

Over the years, I’ve held various roles, including Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, and Product Owner. In these positions, I’ve had the opportunity to launch significant security features, helping banks effectively manage and secure their data encryption keys. My journey in the IT field has been both challenging and rewarding, and I’ve enjoyed sharing my knowledge through numerous articles on IT-related topics. My focus has always been on transforming data into a powerful tool for innovation, which I believe is essential for anyone looking to master data-driven product management.

Responsible Digital Consulting, Facilitation & Awareness

I have been working in the IT sector for over 20 years. Starting as an application developer and later transitioning into project management, I’ve gained extensive experience in software publishing, mastering its methodologies and understanding the human aspects behind ambitious and exciting projects.

In 2020, my introduction to responsible digital practices was a pivotal moment. I was immediately drawn to its values, systemic approach, and methodological strengths. After earning my certification in Responsible Digital Knowledge from INR and completing training in facilitating the Climate and Digital Frescoes, I decided to launch my own business. My primary goals are to raise awareness about responsible digital practices and their significance, and to support organizations that wish to transform their models.

Since then, I have conducted numerous awareness sessions in various contexts: professional, civic, and educational. This diversity has allowed me to engage with all types of audiences, further strengthening my role as a facilitator. In 2023, I raised awareness among a hundred people across about fifteen workshops, each time with the same sense of magic and a renewed commitment.

Not only have I honed my own skills, but I have also taken the initiative to train my teams, instilling in them the importance of every customer interaction. I have implemented structured and effective methods tailored to the complex challenges my clients face across various sectors. Thanks to this approach, tasks often underestimated in their technicality have become vital pillars of the customer relationship strategies for the companies I support.

What sets me apart is my ability to transform an apparently simple task into a high-quality professional act, where nothing is left to chance. The skills I have acquired and passed on are the result of years of rigorous practice, continuous training, and a deep understanding of client expectations. To me, managing reception, whether by phone or in person, is not something that can be improvised; it requires specific professional skills, acquired through experience and constant refinement.
